Editorial context
Working with a provider in Philadelphia – what matters
When choosing a property manager in Philadelphia, owners should first establish which responsibilities the management agreement actually covers. The supplied accounts about TrustArt Realty focus particularly on letting, communication, and maintenance. These topics provide useful starting points for a service inquiry, but they do not replace a binding description of responsibilities.
For letting services, owners should ask how property onboarding, listing preparation and publication, and progress updates are handled. When switching from another manager, responsibilities, document handover, and the start of management should also be clarified. One positive account of a quick transition does not establish a standard turnaround time.
For maintenance and repairs, important questions include reporting channels, the prioritization of urgent defects, and the appointment of outside contractors. Clear arrangements should identify who authorizes work, which expenses require advance approval, and how completion is documented. Where problems are reported repeatedly, responsibility and the timing of updates should remain traceable.
The selected reviews reflect differing experiences of communication. Prospective clients should therefore ask about designated contacts, usual response times, and escalation procedures. Management fees, potential additional charges, and termination provisions should also be checked against a written proposal. Google reviews can highlight issues worth exploring, but they do not represent every management situation or replace an assessment of the actual agreement. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

Great maintenance experience! The team was professional, responsive, and completed the work quickly. They were very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I’m very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate their hard work. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, thank you so much
I've worked with this team for some time and have always been impressed. They run a tight ship, invest in the success of the team, and care about their clients assets. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs PM in the area - talk to Cameron!
I have been working with Loraine for a while now she has been very well with communication timing and effort to make things as easy as possible for me to do the work I need to do the work I need to do!! As a Roofing Company Owner that is extremely helpful!!
I was using a different company and had a pretty bad experience. When I made the switch to trustart the process could not of been easier. My house went up for rent extremely fast and the company has been great with keeping me updated throughout the entire process.
I rented through TrustArt Realty for nearly two years, and it was the worst rental experience I've had in over 15 years of renting in New York City and Philadelphia. The biggest issue was communication. Simple matters often required repeated follow-ups, maintenance requests went unresolved for months, and I frequently had to chase updates or escalate issues myself. During my tenancy I experienced repeated maintenance concerns, including water intrusion, mold concerns, rodent issues that were ultimately attributed by my exterminator to structural entry points, a broken front window that took months to repair despite raising security concerns, and damaged floorboards that I believed created a tripping hazard. Many of these issues required multiple maintenance requests, vendor visits, or persistent follow-up before meaningful action was taken. When I needed to end my lease early, I was t
