How profiles are created

Profiles are created by the businesses themselves or by editorial capture of publicly available company details. Each detail is stored with its source and check date.

Before publication we check company name, address, profession and – where required – licences such as § 34c GewO, chamber membership or the commercial register.

Owners can claim an existing profile free of charge. Proof of authorisation is required; approval is given only by our editorial team.

We do not import unverified third-party reviews. An overall Google rating is shown only with source and retrieval date.

Errors can be reported on every profile. Deletion requests are handled promptly and documented.
