Terms for providers

These terms apply to contracts between FREITAG Labs Corp. (Seychelles), the operator of this website, and businesses (§ 14 German Civil Code) for profiles, memberships and city placements. Consumers are excluded as contracting parties. Invoicing for memberships and placements is handled by FREITAG Labs EOOD, Sofia (Bulgaria), as billing partner of the operator.

The basic profile is free. Details must be true and current. We may review, reject or block profiles if details are unproven or unlawful.

Membership costs €348 per year or €59.99 per month, plus statutory VAT. Annual membership is payable in advance. Membership does not improve the neutral order.

Providers who permanently display our badge on their company website and have it checked receive 12 months of membership free of charge, once per profile. If the badge is removed, the benefit ends.

City placements for 3, 6 or 12 months cost €597, €894 or €1,188 one-off plus VAT. At most three placements per city and profession. They are always labelled “Paid placement”.

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at the end of the billing month, annual memberships at the end of the term, at any time in the member area.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

German law applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the rest of the contract remains effective.
