Withdrawal & cancellation

Our offers are aimed exclusively at businesses. A statutory consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.

You can cancel at any time in the member area. Monthly memberships end at the end of the current month, annual memberships at the end of the paid term. Your free profile remains.

City placements are booked for a fixed term and end automatically. They are only extended by a new booking.

You can request deletion in the member area or via “Request deletion” on the profile.
