My husband and I worked with Mike Gordon to get into our new apartment in Philly and he was great. It felt like he really wanted to see us win and was great with answering questions. Some of the nuance to the contract were complicated to me and Mike took the time to break it all down. He was the most available and responsive partner we have worked with! highly recommend.

I’d highly recommend this agency! My family worked with Michael Gordon to find an apartment in Philly. We only had one weekend to find the apartment because we moved in from out of town, so Mike set up a bunch of showings in a nice logical pathway through the neighborhood of interest. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and we had a good time while looking through the showings. We saw a lot in a short time! When we found the place we were interested in, he moved fast to make sure we could get the application in quickly since it was first come first serve. Definitely work with Mike if you’re looking for a rental! He will make your search so much easier and more efficient!
