Editorial context
Working with a provider in Austin – what matters
When choosing a property manager in Austin, first establish whether the service matches the specific property. Managing individual rental houses or condominiums involves different organizational requirements from managing a multi-unit building. Stone Oak lists several residential property types, so prospective clients should ask about the scope of services for their property and coverage at its precise location. Managing rented condominiums does not automatically mean that a company also manages homeowners’ associations.
Financial planning benefits from transparent assumptions about rental income, operating expenses and potential vacancy periods. Since the provider describes rental market analysis and financial property assessments, owners can ask which data, comparable properties and deliverables are included. Management fees and potential additional charges should also be clarified in writing before appointing a manager; the supplied texts do not specify them.
Maintenance and repair coordination is another important area. Useful questions concern reporting channels, responsibilities, spending approval thresholds and how owners receive updates on work in progress. The existence of online portals alone does not establish which documents are available or how quickly requests are handled.
Given the name change announced on the website, prospective clients should also establish which legal entity will be the contracting party and who their contacts will be. Google reviews can provide supplementary insights, but they do not replace reviewing the management agreement and confirming the precise services to be delivered.

Here’s a polished review you could post: We have had an excellent experience with Stone Oak Property Management, and much of that is due to our property manager, Elizabeth Sanchez. Elizabeth has been consistently professional, responsive, and proactive in managing our property. One of the biggest differences we’ve noticed compared to other property management companies is how quickly she responds and takes action when issues arise. Whether it’s coordinating maintenance, communicating updates, or addressing concerns, she handles everything in a timely and efficient manner. Her attention to detail and commitment to both us as owners and our tenants allows issues to be resolved quickly, preventing small problems from becoming larger ones. It gives us a great deal of confidence knowing our property is being managed by someone who genuinely cares and follows through. She also takes the ti
We woke up on Monday morning to our downstairs AC not working. I put in a work order and Daniel Topete got us on the schedule with Infinity AC Austin. We've lived in this house for over 4 years, haven't put in many work orders, but for those we have, Daniel Topete has made sure to get the proper company set up within a few hours and appointments made same week. He's worked with our mother's health and anxiety issues as well. He's been a true asset to Stone Oak Property Management. Infinity AC Austin called same day and got us on the schedule for Wednesday. Daniel, with Infinity AC Austin, came out and was super respectful of my mother's health as well. He figured out the issue in no time at all and got us with a working ac. Daniel was kind, knowledgeable and very polite. He made our AC issue a priority and we appreciate him for doing so. I can't recommend both companies enough!
I’ve had an excellent experience working with Stone Oak Property Management. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. They do a great job communicating with both property owners and tenants, and they make the entire leasing and management process smooth and efficient. What really stands out is their attention to detail and their understanding of the local rental market. They work hard to market properties effectively, find qualified tenants, and keep everyone informed throughout the process. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing great service and maintaining strong relationships with their clients. I would highly recommend Stone Oak Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced property management company.
My experience with Bay Property Management over the last year has been great. The team is very proactive in sending out reminders and important information, The response time is quick and they follows up on all requests to make sure everything is completed to my satisfaction. Working with Irish has been easy. She is on the ball and I really appreciate her. I look forward to continuing a wonderful working relationship.
I've worked with Stone Oak Property Management for going on 7 years now and it's truly been a fantastic experience. Living out of state from my rental property makes me extremely dependent on my property management team and Stone Oak has always been responsive, reliable, fast & trustworthy. I recently had to have my fence replaced and my property manager, Reymart, was quick to get the repair scheduled and communicated with me clearly as the project progressed. I'm incredibly grateful to Stone Oak for all their help & guidance over the last many years.
