Editorial context
Working with a provider in Philadelphia – what matters
Anyone appointing a property manager in Philadelphia should first clarify the precise scope of work in writing. For Liberty Bell Management, the available accounts mainly concern the prospective tenant experience, property viewings, leasing and moving in. They do not establish a complete management offering for owners. Prospective clients should therefore ask whether rent collection, maintenance coordination, financial reporting or ongoing tenant support would be included. None of these services is confirmed in the supplied sources.
Communication arrangements are another important consideration. Clear information about contact persons, availability, response procedures and schedule changes can help set expectations. For viewings and handovers, firm confirmations and documented records can reduce misunderstandings. The selected reviews include both positive experiences with organized processes and criticism of arrangements for one viewing.
Fees, contract duration, termination provisions and spending approvals should also be documented transparently before an appointment. Given the deposit dispute described in one review, it would be sensible to ask how property condition, deductions and refunds are documented, without treating that individual account as established fact or a typical experience. Google ratings can provide additional context, but they do not replace reviewing the contract or obtaining answers about the specific property. These points are general guidance, not legal advice.

I’d like to start by saying that I don’t think I could have had a better experience.. The process didn’t take long at all. Tenisha was very professional ! Very knowledgeable & just over all kind hearted … her communication & attention to detail really stood out. I would recommend this company any day and Tenisha if you really want to come to my house warming your more then welcome I really appreciate you !
I recently moved into my new apartment with Liberty Bell Management, and the experience has been great from start to finish. The leasing process was smooth, communication was clear and timely, and the team was very helpful with any questions I had. Move-in was organized and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed property.
My experience viewing these rental properties was extremely frustrating. I spoke with the representative multiple times by phone throughout the day and confirmed the showing appointment. I arrived on time and waited at the property while repeatedly requesting updates regarding their arrival. I was initially told the representative would arrive by 1:15 PM, then advised they were only 5 minutes away. After waiting approximately 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, I was still trying to determine what was going on. What I found most concerning was receiving a text from a completely different phone number asking, "I'm here but should I leave?" after I had already spent a significant amount of time waiting. I also felt that some of the comments made during our communication were unnecessary and unprofessional given the circumstances. As the prospective tenant who arrived on time
Everything about this property was perfect from the outside in. Great lighting and that brand new smell to it. Each room was well put together. The realtor was very well knowledge about the property and its surroundings. I really liked the home intercom it showed the area for a short distance. I would feel safe here.
Scammers!!! They use a PO Box for an address to avoid being sued. I’ve been trying to serve them for a year now for my security deposit. They make up lies about damage in order to keep the deposit. I have all pictures and videos of proof moving in and out. Still working to find a correct address for them. Do not rent from them!! From the previous comments and my own experience I expect lots of lawsuits from this company.
