Editorial context
Working with a provider in London – what matters
When choosing an estate agent in London, first establish what support the particular transaction requires: selling, buying or finding a rental home. All three areas feature in the supplied reviews of the London Bridge branch. This does not, however, establish the current scope of its services or the associated costs.
Before instructing an agent, sellers should ask how the asking price is determined, what marketing is planned, how viewings are organised and how progress will be reported. Written information about fees, the agreement’s duration and termination arrangements is also important. Buyers should clearly communicate their location requirements, budget and property preferences, and agree how suitable listings will be selected and questions followed up after viewings.
For a rental search, it is useful to clarify availability, required documents, ongoing costs and responsibility for enquiries after moving in. Successful letting assistance does not automatically mean that the same branch will subsequently manage the property.
Reviews of this provider emphasise communication and support during delayed or difficult transactions. Prospective clients can therefore ask specifically about designated contacts and agreed updates. Google reviews offer supplementary guidance, but do not replace checking the service scope or reading the agreement. These points provide general context and are not legal advice.

Deen has been helping us buy a flat for the best part of a year!! We had one offer fall through & a few months later, he found another place for us, which we'll be moving into (touch wood) next week. He has been incredibly incredibly supportive the whole way - he takes the time to listen & understand, and when we came up against issues, he worked with us to figure things out. He works hard & you can tell he cares about & puts a lot into his work. I feel really lucky that we had Deen managing our purchase & am super grateful for all of his time, effort & energy in helping us every step of the way!
It’s so hard to find agents that are trustworthy and have your best interests, but the experience I had with Deen at KFH London Bridge has restored my faith! He was very professional, confident and clearly knew his client’s property inside and out. He was attentive and gave me the space to take things in, which hasn’t always been the case. As someone who is currently selling and also looking to buy, I can confidently say this is the kind of service you’d want during a massive purchase!
Fantastic service from our agent Deen at KFH - he guided us through every step of the sale process and was an invaluable support. Deen's knowledge base of both the market and the process was incredible and his advice was always on point. I would highly recommend Deen and his team to anyone looking to sell their property.
I was looking at purchasing a London apartment and Mihai was the best agent I encountered. He's always very approachable, professional and followed up, even months later. Unfortunately KFH didn't have thr exact property I was looking, and as a result I bought elsewhere. If I'm to sell, I would definitely choose Mihai and KFH as my selling agency.
The London Bridge KFH teach have been great recently in helping us find a new property to rent in the area. They were super helpful and responsive in showing us an initial set of properties and have been very supportive in getting the flat sorted from their side. The process itself has not been straightforward (nothing to do with KFH) but, Beth and Courtney have been great in helping resolve issues along the way. Thanks very much to you both for your help!

Services in this field explained
A valuation estimates the price a property can achieve on the market, based on location, condition, size, fittings and comparable sales.
What does a valuation cost? Many agents offer an initial estimate free of charge. A formal market value report by a certified surveyor is paid; the fee depends on the property and effort.
When you sell, an agent handles valuation, exposé, viewings, negotiation and the notary appointment.
Who pays the agent's commission? When flats and single-family houses are sold to consumers, the commission is generally split between seller and buyer (§ 656c German Civil Code).
When letting, an agent takes care of listing, viewings, tenant selection and the tenancy agreement.
Who pays the agent when letting? Since 2015 the “orderer pays” principle applies to residential lettings: usually the landlord pays when they hired the agent.
