Real Property Management Colorado at a glance
Real Property Management Colorado, LLC manages residential rental properties in Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, and Northern Colorado. The company distinguishes between ongoing full-service management and tenant placement only. Under the tenant placement option, it finds, screens, and places prospective residents; the owner then takes over management.

The company also lists routine interior and exterior property evaluations, along with maintenance and emergency services available around the clock. Separate online portals are available for owners and residents. The website offers English and Spanish language options.
The initial process consists of a free rental analysis followed by a meeting with a property management specialist. The analysis covers rental trends, average pricing, and potential next steps. The website advertises management fees starting at US$125 per month with no upfront fees. Editorial context
Working with a provider in Denver – what matters
When choosing a property manager in Denver, owners should first decide whether they need help finding tenants or ongoing management. This distinction matters for Real Property Management Colorado because it offers both options. For tenant placement only, owners should clarify when responsibility returns to them and which records are handed over. For full-service management, responsibilities for rent collection, resident communication, and maintenance are useful points of comparison.
A free rental analysis can provide a starting point. Prospective clients should ask which comparable properties and assumptions support the estimate and how their property's condition, features, and location are reflected. General figures for time on market are not a commitment for an individual property.
Costs should be assessed beyond the monthly starting fee. A written proposal should distinguish included services from any additional charges for leasing, renewals, or repair coordination. An advertised entry price does not replace this review.
Because the provider lists around-the-clock maintenance and emergency services as well as property evaluations, owners should discuss procedures, spending approval limits, documentation, and notification channels. The frequency of evaluations and the information available through the owner portal are also relevant questions. Finally, owners should confirm that the specific address and property type fall within the company's scope of service. These considerations support provider selection and operational planning; they are not legal advice.

Jenn was so sweet, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we met her. She immediately made us feel comfortable with her friendly personality. My family and I speak Arabic, and she happened to know a little Arabic herself, so she spoke with us in Arabic. That thoughtful gesture made us feel truly comfortable, welcomed, and seen. She was also very knowledgeable about the home and took the time to answer all of our questions, sharing as much information as she could. Jenn was incredibly kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her!
Real property management has been very helpful when we had to get our property rented out again! Becky was quick and efficient in getting our lease updated and signed after a tenant moved out. David did amazing in getting our house rented asap and communicated exceptional well with us on the status! Deborah kept us updated on all maintenance done for the new tenants and was well organized. Would recommend them to anyone looking for rental management company.
Daniel Mendez, has been absolutely amazing throughout our rental process. From the very beginning, he has been responsive, patient, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Moving can be stressful, especially when there are applications, documentation requests, deposits, and a hundred questions along the way. Daniel consistently took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and make sure I had the information I needed. His communication was excellent, and I always felt supported and valued as a prospective tenant. What stood out most was his willingness to help. No matter how many questions I had, he responded quickly and professionally, making what could have been an overwhelming experience much smoother and less stressful. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Daniel truly went above and beyond. If every property manager provide
