Editorial context

Working with a provider in Denver – what matters

When choosing rental property management in Denver, owners should first decide which responsibilities they want to retain. Queen City Property Management distinguishes between leasing-only services and ongoing full-service management. A meaningful comparison therefore requires a written scope: does the assignment end once the lease is signed, or does it also cover ongoing tenant communication, maintenance and accounting?

For single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes and condominiums, owners should ask how the rental market analysis is prepared and which marketing activities are included. Clear applicant-screening criteria and documented move-in and move-out inspections are also relevant. The provider mentions lease preparation and attention to Fair Housing requirements; prospective clients should ask about these processes without treating the explanation as individual legal advice.

For owners living elsewhere, regular updates, understandable accounting and clearly defined repair authorization procedures are particularly important. Since Queen City describes a contractor network and repairs without a markup, owners should clarify invoice documentation, emergency procedures and any separate management charges. No repair markup does not automatically mean that all services are free.

The advertised re-leasing guarantee should also be checked against the contract. Relevant points include what triggers it, eligibility requirements and precisely which costs it covers. The supplied website texts do not include a complete fee schedule.

Finding a nice rental property in Denver has become increasingly difficult. After searching far and wide, I had the good fortune of meeting the owner of Queen City Property Management, Lynnette. She and her assistant made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I was working on a tight timeline to move in and Lynnette worked over the holiday weekend to make sure that I was able to secure my sweet little dream home. I am so grateful for their patience and attention to details, it made me feel well taken care of. The property is clean, well maintained and was better than advertised. I would highly recommend Lynette and Katherine for homeowners as well as tenets. This company operates with integrity!

This property management company is fantastic! Lynette is knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. She helped us rent our home in the Baker historic neighborhood very quickly and her guidance really put my mind at ease while moving across the country. All of her trades have also been great, so it's nice to work with a network of trustworthy businesses. Highly recommend!!

These Guys are awesome. Lynette manages the property like no one else. Very proactive and on top of everything. Ensures your property is properly maintained, tenants are properly screened and insured and deals with the myriad of issues that arise while we are living back in Australia. Your property is in good hands!

I have been renting a single family home from Queen City Property Management for a little over two years now and this past month was the first issue we've ever had in this rental, and it was just the ice maker... Two years with no issues speaks volumes about the care and diligence they put into a property before you ever step foot in it. The ice maker was replaced and operational again in 2 days. Lynette is running the most friendly and proactive property management company I have ever rented from.
Jeffrey White · 5 months ago · Review on Google
Queen City has been managing my property for two years & I highly recommend them! Lynette and her team are very knowledgeable & professional, great with difficult tenants, and well connected with local tradespeople for routine and urgent requests. She makes great recommendations on properties and getting them set up for renting. Their communications are prompt and thorough. Since I live out of the area, knowing that my property is being managed so well gives me great peace of mind!
