We were very pleased with the whole of process of selling our house. Phillip James and especially Franca's team in Denton were very professional and caring. We never felt pressure in any of the decisions we had to make and they were helpful and communicated with us regularly. We've finally move and we are very happy.
We just want to say a real big thank to Kathrine for her patience and expertise whilst selling our house. Her knowledge is excellent. I would definitely recommend using Phillip James to our friends and family.
I really had a great experience on my property search with Philip james Manchester. I was looking for a 2 bed apartment. The agent Lyn was the one who came for our viewing time. She was so helpful and explained everything because of her I get to know about some stuff that I haven't aware about the property takeover in salford. Really appreciate her for that. It's been a long time since I moved house and I wasn't prepared for how complicated I had got, though I do understand the need for security and piece of mind. The only issue I had was with the app for refencing, which I just couldn't get my head around, not through fault of the company but my own ineptitude with technology. Phillip James were incredibly understanding, especially Lucy who took time out of her day to sit with me for quite a while help guide me through the process step by step and get my references submitted. As a result I'm now moved in and comfortable in my new place, and loving it. The new place is so much better than where I was and I'm so grateful for Lucy and the team for their help and patience.
I had a great experience, Natalie was very professional and helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to rent a flat!
