Editorial context
Working with a provider in Paris – what matters
When choosing a property manager in Paris, the first step is to establish what kind of management is required. Managing an individual rental apartment differs from managing jointly owned parts of a building. Rental management and supplementary concierge services are documented for Patrimoine Immobilier. Prospective clients should therefore ask which tasks the proposed management agreement covers and which services require separate arrangements.
The listed decoration, renovation and home staging services are particularly relevant when preparing a property for letting or sale. Before commissioning work, it is advisable to establish the scope, budget, schedule and process for approving quotations. Since the provider mentions working with designers and decorators and overseeing works, responsibilities should also be clarified between the manager and the partners carrying out the work.
For technical maintenance, cleaning and laundry, useful comparison points include service frequency, billing and the handling of urgent requests. Clear procedures for handovers, documenting the property’s condition and communicating about damage or deposits are also worth discussing. These are general selection considerations, not statements about this provider’s contractual practices.
The supplied Google reviews mainly concern stays in individual apartments. Such experiences can offer insight into guest support, but they do not replace an assessment of the management service from an owner’s perspective. Fees, reporting arrangements and contractual responsibilities should be clarified directly before an appointment is made.

The worst real estate agency in Paris. Fraud! When you move out, they will find all kinds of excuses to deduct your deposit. I’ve also seen numerous reviews online who experienced the same! Whenever you need to contact them about an issue, their response is also extremely slow. I also have friend whose properties were entrusted to this agency, and they experienced the same thing: the agency tried to charge the landlords all kinds of unjustified fees as well. Honestly, this agency is completely dishonest. I would strongly advise people to stay away from them.
Beautiful apartment that was wonderfully located for the Louvre and left bank activities. Close to Metro and buses for getting around. The neighbourhood is beautiful with close restaurants and cafes. “Pere et fils” was a local favourite for breakfast.
My experience with Rentyourparis was smooth and simple. The hosts were attentive and gave good instructions when arriving and leaving the property. The apartment was clean, close to many landmarks as well as great little cafes! I would rent from them again for sure.
The hosts were very responsive and the place is very clean. We liked that there are two bedrooms, but one does not have a window. It’s a good amount of space for two or three people in a great area. One thing we didn’t like was how thin the walls are. We could hear the neighbours above us and outside. Other than that a wonderful place to spend a few days in Paris.
Nicely furnished two bedroom apartment. The beds very comfortable and apartment was clean. The best part is the location. Wonderful cafes and restaurants all around the area. Conveniently walking distance to metro and bus stops.
