Editorial context

Working with a provider in Paris – what matters

When appointing a property manager in Paris, owners should first clarify the type of support they need: letting an individual apartment, managing an ongoing tenancy or handling shared building matters. Paris Corporate Housing explicitly lists tenant search and property management, with a stated focus on high-end apartments and expatriates. Management of co-owned buildings is not established by the supplied sources.

Owners should therefore request a written breakdown of services. Tenant search, handover, ongoing tenant communication, repair coordination and reporting should be discussed separately. Fees, possible additional charges, contract duration and spending that requires prior owner approval also need clarification. The supplied website text does not detail these arrangements.

For furnished apartments, particular attention should be given to inventories, condition records and check-in and check-out procedures. The provider’s team page identifies specialist responsibilities for arrivals and departures. Prospective clients should nevertheless ask which records and procedures are included in their proposed agreement.

For owners living abroad, designated contacts, cover arrangements and clear updates on ongoing matters are especially relevant. Available communication languages should also be confirmed directly. The selected reviews offer insight into customer experiences of responsiveness and support, but do not replace a service specification. Using the same checklist of required services when comparing providers can help distinguish the scope of their proposals. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

We had a great experience with the agency. The entire team was professional and responsive. Each team member had a clear role, and the coordination between them was excellent. They made the whole rental process smooth even while we were abroad. So efficient. Thank you, Cecile, Gwenaelle, Emma and Laetitia!

I've had a fantastic experience with Paris Corporate Housing. They have been honest and the property we are renting is perfect for my family. In particular I want to acknowledge Kinza Duclot from the Paris Corporate Housing team. Kinza welcomed us when we moved in and walked through the apartment with us. First thing to say is that she is a delightful and helpful person. The walk through was professional and fun. We are fortunate that through the year Kinza has been there to help whenever issues (which happily have been few) arose. Kinza is always understanding of our needs and very fast to make sure we get the assistance required; a real professional. Five stars, definitely!

Cécile Petit has been an invaluable help to my client in renting out her apartment in Paris. She handled the entire process with professionalism and efficiency, and was always quick to offer practical advice. I highly recommend her to any landlord looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent.

We moved to Paris from the US six months ago and everything about the apartment search was a nightmare. We found a dreamy one through Paris Corporate Housing and they, particularly Kinza Duclot, have been a pleasure to work with. She's been nothing but responsive and helpful since we moved in whenever a quick repair is needed or we asked for some advice.
