Honestly - in the racket that is trying to move to Paris from another country, it’s ok. But, for the price and the way they advertise their services - particularly considering these apartments are at a premium for the areas they’re in - they offer the bare minimum. All fine until you need help navigating check in and check out inventory, where it’s apparently completely normal to throw people to the wolves and watch idly as landlords try to scrape every last cent off the deposit for the absolute smallest things. Also multiple times there were apartment listed that they wouldn’t let me look at or said “weren’t good” which was super weird. For the amount they’re making and the clientele they’re targeting, they should be offering more support when navigating the rental process.
