Editorial context
Working with a provider in Paris – what matters
When choosing a property manager in Paris, the first step is to establish exactly which responsibilities are included. For a provider whose stated focus includes furnished apartments, letting, ongoing tenancy support and technical property management should be distinguished. The general term property management does not establish whether repair coordination, payment monitoring or regular condition checks form part of the contract. The supplied ParisRentAparts website excerpt does not define this scope.
Owners should therefore request a written service specification and a clear breakdown of fees. Responsibilities, spending approvals, reporting intervals and potential additional charges should be set out explicitly. For furnished accommodation, inventory records, handover reports and arrangements for cleaning or replacing furnishings are also relevant discussion points. Whether the provider handles these tasks needs to be confirmed directly.
Tenants should look for transparent payment procedures, documented handovers and a clear deposit settlement process. Given the differing experiences in the supplied review selection, it is also worth establishing contact arrangements, channels for reporting defects and responsibility for arranging remedial work. Reviews can identify useful questions but cannot replace checking the actual contractual terms. Prospective clients should also confirm which Paris locations and tenancy durations are covered. These points are general guidance, not legal advice.

I have had a fantastic experience with Paris Rent Aparts, from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. If you're looking for an agency that is reliable, efficient, and truly cares about its clients, I highly recommend them!
I am deeply disappointed with ParisRentAparts. I stayed in one of their apartments for four months, fulfilled all payment obligations promptly, and returned the property in excellent condition in March 2026. However, as of June 2026, my security deposit has not been refunded, and all my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Now I will have to hire a lawyer in France to deal with them. I would never recommend this company and I urge future renters to be very cautious.
Edited: 7 August 2026 Mr. Roopesh came back and intervened. No legal action was needed. However I was still shorted my full deposit-only by 20 euros and $45 in transaction fees for wire transfers. The stress and unprofessional treatment more than the money is what affected me. All I would say is be sure and keep records and stay on top of your deposit. Work through Mr. Roopesh who truly gives extraordinary customer service. I have rented for years with this company and previously gave it a 5 star review. Since Mr. Roopesh is no longer managing rentals , the service has been horrible and unprofessional I was accused of not making payments on time, but when they sent someone to open the apartment, they did not send someone with a credit card machine and expected me to come to their office and disrupt my travel plans. They sent someone to the apartment when I clearly told him I wou
Horrible service, I rented one apartment and without one month I found mice and bedbugs. The agent didn’t tell me anything before signing the contract. I contacted the agent for treatment, he bought me two bottles of anti bug spray and asked me to apply them myself. I did but it was not enough, bedbugs keep coming. I asked for more solutions the agent says he’s gonna do it or negotiate with the landlord, but NO REAL ACTIONS at all for one month. Don’t recommend, still waiting for response from I don’t know where.
Orlande was super accommodating and met us on place right on time. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There was a little confusion when I tried to pay online through booking.com, but it was quickly resolved. Great customer service!
