Editorial context
Working with a provider in Paris – what matters
When choosing a property manager in Paris, the first step is to establish what type of support is needed. Marketing a holiday apartment, assisting guests and managing an entire residential building are different responsibilities. For Paris Perfect, the supplied sources primarily document holiday rental services and guest support. They do not establish a comprehensive service for condominium association management or long-term residential tenancies.
Owners who use their apartment for part of the year should clarify how personal stays and rental periods will be coordinated. Before appointing a provider, the scope of services, fees, accounting arrangements and responsibilities should be set out in writing. Relevant questions include key handovers, cleaning, damage reporting, repair approvals and availability when problems arise. The supplied website extracts do not explain these contractual details, so these services should not be assumed to be included.
For holiday rentals in Paris, owners should also check which local requirements and building-specific rules apply to their apartment. This does not replace an individual legal assessment. Location, amenities and intended guest groups also matter, as Paris Perfect promotes family stays and monthly rentals, among other options.
The co-ownership model presented on the website should be considered separately from a management agreement. Prospective buyers should request details of usage periods, ongoing costs and operational responsibilities. Guest reviews can offer insights into communication and the quality of a stay, but do not necessarily answer questions about owner accounting or contract terms.

My husband and I stayed in the Cabernet apartment for a week and it truly made our first trip to Paris exceptional! The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and had the most spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Our local contact, Libby, was welcoming and made us feel right at home! I highly recommend this company and will use them when I return to Paris one day!
Location! Location! Location!......our Paris Perfect apartment was fabulous and about a block from the Eiffel Tower! The area had everything including delicious restaurants, markets and an abundance of specialty stores. The apartment had ample space for our family of seven including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate common areas along with 2 kitchens. The linens were incredible that we bought 3 sets when we got home! Our host spent a lot of time with us to make sure were knew how to work appliances, washer, dryer, heat, getting in & out of the building, etc. We highly recommend Paris Perfect and will be using them for our next adventure!
We had an enjoyable stay at Castillon apartment in Paris. It's location is very well situated to many historical sites on the Ille de la Cite and surrounding areas. At least 3 metro stops, including the RER are within 10 minutes walk. Beautiful sunsets looking over Pont Neuf bridge across the street from Castillon truly demonstrates that Paris is the city of light. The apartment was well stocked with dishes, appliances, and utensils to cook meals. It is decorated beautifully, Restoration Hardware lighting and decor, tasteful paintings, chandeliers, a beautiful color scheme that truly makes you feel authentically Paris sheik. The furniture and bed were comfortable for relaxing after long days of walking and seeing the sights. In the morning, freshly baked loaves of bread are left for you in the downstairs greeting room. Each morning, my husband would toast up some french bread with some j
The most perfect apartment in Paris I've ever seen! We stayed in the Bergerac apartment, it was spacious, bright, clean, charming, genuine, luxurious, comfortable and so Parisian. And I haven't even mentioned the view yet - the first night when I saw the evening sparkle of the Eiffel Tower it hardly seemed real, it's breathtaking! This Paris Perfect experience have left me with the most beautiful memories of a Paris dream. 5 stars is not enough.
As a family of four we were nervous using Paris Perfect, it was our first time using a private company and not a search engine or Air B&B. From the start I was shocked on how well their communication was! I emailed at least 10 times before we even booked with so many questions and every time it was answered in a timely matter and never once did I feel like they were getting the brush off, I felt cared for. Once we booked, there was an online portal we could login to with check in info, and a very large index of tips, restaurants, tours, and even car services that have already been vetted by Paris perfect. About 2 weeks before we arrived we got another follow up email with who was going to meet us at the apartment! Once we arrived in Paris the transfer from the airport to the apartment was seamless, (We used the car service Paris perfect suggested) the check in was wonderful, the apart
