I can go to Chula Vista PD to get that report to let them know what you guys said and show you guys the trail of email conversation with my HOA to see who's lying here. A "courtesy notice" from my HOA? Interesting. The HOA manager said they sent an HOA regulation violation letter to the owner per our email and conversation. I didnt even want them send a violation letter. Attached are 2 of the 12 videos I took being woken up at midnight from their tenants and see who's lying here. Tenant was apologetic?
