I had a very disappointing end-of-tenancy experience with Complete Prime Residential, particularly with the handling of our deposit dispute by Chrystalla Kaila. After a 3-year tenancy, we were presented with a £448 deduction claim for “deep clean and repairs”, despite the invoice containing only a single non-itemised charge with no breakdown of cleaning, repairs, disposal, blinds, or maintenance costs. What was particularly disappointing was that several issues later relied upon in the check-out process had already existed at check-in and had been formally reported by us at the start of the tenancy by email with photographic evidence, including damage to furniture and cracked fridge shelving. Despite this, these issues were still raised during the deposit dispute as if they had been caused during our tenancy. I found this both unfair and highly unprofessional. Throughout the process,
