Editorial context

Working with a provider in Miami – what matters

When appointing a property manager for furnished short-term rentals in Miami, owners should first clarify the exact scope of management. Looking after a changing roster of guests involves different requirements from long-term letting or managing shared building areas. Stayplus's documented focus includes short stays, monthly rentals and guest services. Prospective clients should therefore assess whether this profile suits their property and intended use.

Before signing a contract, responsibilities should be defined in writing: who handles marketing, reservations, cleaning, inspections and maintenance? Which tasks are included in the management fee, and which attract separate charges? Since Stayplus also mentions renovations, useful discussion points include spending approval thresholds, contractor selection and records of completed work. The supplied website text does not establish a specific fee structure.

For a Miami property, owners should check the rental conditions applicable to the particular location and building, along with any permit or registration requirements. This is general guidance rather than a legal assessment of an individual property. Insurance arrangements, damage handling and owner accounting also deserve attention.

The guest reviews illustrate the importance of reliable arrival instructions and transparent additional charges. Clear agreements on availability, response times and escalation procedures are therefore useful. Positive feedback about cleanliness and amenities should not replace scrutiny of owner reports, contract terms and understandable financial statements.

Selected reviews on Google

The supplied Google data reports a rating of 4.8 out of five from 362 reviews. In the available selection, guests repeatedly praise cleanliness, location and accommodation amenities. Several also describe friendly or attentive service; one account highlights assistance with flight-related reservation difficulties. A more critical review reports unclear access instructions, expired links, limited responsiveness and problems with a parking price that had increased since booking. Individual comments mention nighttime street noise and seating or sleeping furniture that was uncomfortable or different from expectations. These accounts concern different properties. This is a selection of guest reviews, not a complete analysis of all ratings or an assessment from an owner's perspective.

We stayed for 5 days with 3 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was excellent, in a safe and lovely location, right across from the Metro Mover station and close to the college. The balcony was beautiful and the room was spotless. Having laundry and kitchen was great. The pool was absolutely incredible, and the gym was amazing too! We loved everything! Just know, the twin bed is really more like a chaise lounge, but it was comfortable. There was one bed, and one pull out couch that was also comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. There was quite a bit of Street noise at night so if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs, but I did fine without! I love a little city noise. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

What I loved the most was how close the apartment was to Bayfront, especially since we were staying for Ultra, it made everything so convenient. The apartment itself was amazing, even better than in the photos, and had everything we needed. I’d also like to highlight how happy we were with the service from the very first moment, the attention and care were outstanding. We had an issue with our flights, and they were incredibly understanding and attentive in helping us keep our reservation. We will always be very grateful for that. Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful condo in the Grove, but disorganized and unresponsive management from Stayplus We stayed in a Stayplus-managed condo in Coconut Grove in early March. The unit itself was exactly as advertised—the view, location, and overall condition were excellent except that the sofas/loveseats were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, our experience with Stayplus as a management company was inconsistent and, at times, frustrating. At check-in there were issues with communication of the access code (which didn't exist even though webpages said it did) that added unnecessary stress upon arrival. Prior to the stay, they sent links that expired before I could use them and asked me to go off-platform to pay for parking after they raised the price from what it was when I booked. It took days of back and forth to resolve. I asked in advance about specific kitchen equipment items so I could plan

My fiance and I were visiting Miami to celebrate my birthday and our engagement. This place was truly everything I wanted plus more. Everything was super clean and organized. The host was really professional and friendly. I would definitely love to stay here again sometime

This location was perfect. It’s located inside of The Gale hotel so the actual space gives resort vibes instead of someone’s home being rented out. You have access to the hotel amenities. We utilized the gym/pool/and restaurant located on the premises. Cleanliness was 10/10 and there were thoughtful details like motion censored lighting in the bathroom and underneath the side tables in the bedroom so you never had to turn on harsh lights in the middle of the night when you got out of bed. There is a full kitchen, high tech appliances, shower water remained hot (little things that matter). Our views of the city were spectacular and we were in walking distance from amazing restaurants at the harbor, wynwood is basically next door and our uber to our dinners at Kiki on the River and Carbone were from 6-15 min. Staff at this location was exceptional, check in was easy and time efficient, bar
