Southside has been very attentive in taking care of us in our new flat. They have fixed any issues we have had in a very timely and professional fashionand were very communicative over the smooth application and verification process. On the day of check in we met our liaison Sophia and she very kindly went over any questions I might have had about our stay. We highly reccomend them if you're looking to rent in Edinburgh
My experience with Southside Property Management has been really positive so far. I recently moved into a property managed by them and the move-in process was smooth and well organised, and the team has been helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Sophia McDonald has been particularly great. She’s friendly, quick to respond and was able to arrange for contractors to come out to the property very early when an issue came up. It’s reassuring to know that things are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Overall, I’ve been very happy with Southside and would definitely recommend them.
Southside have managed the property I have been a tenant in for the past two years. They have been on the ball with their responses and have fixed any issues we had in our flat in a timely manner. We dealt with Rob Mc Donald directly who was always friendly and quick to respond and helped with any questions we had. All in all it was a really positive experience dealing with Southside and I would recommend them as a letting agency!
I recently moved into a new flat in Edinburgh and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. There was some mould found in some of the shutters however Francesca was very quick to get this sorted for us and it has already been cleaned and removed. The whole process was very easy with clear instructions on what was necessary and we picked up our keys with no problems. Francesca has been very helpful and quick to respond to any problems we have had in order to fix them.
My first time using Southside as a tenant has been a very positive experience. The offer, acceptance and onboarding processes are done very efficiently and well communicated throughout. The requirements and expectations of tenants are laid out very clearly during the viewings process. Sophia has been a great property manager and is very attentive. She has been lovely to deal with and always responds quickly if I have any questions. Any issues in the property have been dealt with very efficiently without my needing to follow up with her.
