I was fortunate enough to meet and continue working with Luca and several other members of the Savills Rome team. He is one of the most courteous, patient, knowledgeable and helpful agents I have had the privilege of working with, in the US, Italy or elsewhere. He was and remains available every step of the process, highly responsive and informative, and patient with questions all hours of the day. Truly, I have nothing but terrific things to say about Luca and the rest of the members of the team I got a chance to meet in 2024 in-person and via conference calls, etc. Thank you very much, many times over.
I worked with Lorraine for several weeks leading up to my purchase of an apartment at Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence - she was fantastic! - knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive and very hardworking: I was on the phone with her many times past midnight her time and she was still up and working. She made several trips to Florence from Rome to help me with viewing the site and the surroundings. She understands both the international buyer’s needs and the Italian Real Estate market and she speaks perfect Italian. She also introduced me to the interior design team that is helping us with the kitchen design. I was comfortable enough with her to be able to sign a preliminary offer without even being there. If it hadn’t been for Lorraine, I am not sure I would have gone through with the purchase.
