Editorial context

Working with a provider in Phoenix – what matters

When choosing a property manager in Phoenix, first establish whether its services match the property concerned. Managing a rented single-family home differs from managing a multifamily building or a homeowner association. Real Property Management Phoenix Valley lists all three areas. Prospective clients should therefore ask about the specific scope of service for their property type and their designated contacts.

For residential rentals, clear procedures for rental pricing, marketing, tenant screening and rent collection are important. Before signing, owners should also establish which services are included in the management fee and which incur separate charges. The supplied website excerpts do not provide specific fee amounts. The advertised termination notice period should also be clearly reflected in the proposed agreement.

Maintenance is another key consideration. In Phoenix, clear arrangements for urgent air-conditioning faults are particularly useful. For the advertised round-the-clock maintenance service, owners should discuss response times, spending authorization limits and repair documentation. The owner portal described by the company can support ongoing monitoring of maintenance costs.

Condition reports before move-in and after move-out, together with transparent accounting, can help reduce subsequent uncertainty. Given the differing review experiences, it is also worth clarifying communication channels and responsibility for refunds. For HOAs, board members should ask about the scope of community inspections, training and homeowner communications. These points provide general guidance rather than legal advice.

I have lived in this complex since 2021 and the maintenance is awesome and though management has changed I am happy with the lifestyle here at Parkside. They are pet friendly and the ground is clean and my neighbors keep to themselves. Totally feels like suburbs. Thank you Real Property Management Phoenix Valley for holding this community down.

Five stars!! I’ve been with Real Property Management Phoenix Valley for over 5 years, and they have done a great job managing my rental property in Surprise, AZ. Rent has always been collected and paid to me on time, and their communication has been excellent throughout the years. They keep me informed about what’s going on with the property, and when repairs or maintenance are needed, the costs have always been reasonable. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have a professional property management company handling the day-to-day details of my rental. I would definitely recommend Real Property Management Phoenix Valley to anyone looking for reliable property management in Surprise or the Phoenix Valley. After 5+ years with them, I’ve been very happy with their service.

So far my experience has been great. Ive been here a month and everything was very smooth. My ac broke ans was able to get someone out on Sunday to fix. My only issue I have had is it felt like the pre listing inspection was not done well as stove was broken on my move in day. They did get someone out that next business day and a new stove ordered pretty fast which is why its still 5 stars. Both repair orders have gone smoothly and probably faster than any of my other complexes

I was a tenant with RPM for a year. I recently moved out in January and over paid on last months rent and was promised to be refunded after a move out inspection was complete. It’s been close to a month and have no update, no refund, no way of contacting them because when you call the office they hang up on you. They closed my access to the tenant portal too so this is the only way to express any of this. I’d like my return. Also, this is how they left the house for us to move in. Wasn’t like this when we toured it. That’s broken glass in the back yard after telling them we have working dogs.\\ Updated to add in response to RPM responding to this. I requested to be there for the move out inspection and was ignored, I can see why I was though, you didn't want me disputing any "new findings". The yard was overgrown in weeds when we moved in and this company tried to charge me the HOA fee t

Don't waste your time or money. POSSIBLE SCAM COMPANY Communication with leasing representative was inconsiderate to downright rude. While reviewing the lease agreement on the same day it was sent, they threatened to cancel the process if we did not sign within the hour (this is AFTER the security deposit was already paid in full). They only communicate by text/email. When asked to speak over the phone with a representative, they just canceled the lease agreement instead.
