They are an amazing building to rent through. They are very helpful in my time of needs and struggles. They have amazing communication and a great team of maintained and office members. If I could, I would always give Maritissa a 5! She is one of the head honchos aka managers at PGW properties. It's been almost a year I moved into my place. If I need something, I know I can count on her to troubleshoot my issue! I am resigning my lease. The reasons are that I love my place, I love the property. it's very quiet. maintenance definitely has been very attentive to my requests. Martissa always being so helpful to me is probably is another reason why I'm staying.
Golden West management was amazing. I haven't had my own place in about 6 years I've lived with roommates . so I was a little nervous since it's been a while, however, Nayelis and Maritsa are both amazing and a wonderful representation of the company. this experience was so seamless and easy. They were really good about following up and they always responded to my email request right away, very friendly , wonderful atmosphere.
