It's been a long 5 yrs at this property for the most part everyone did what was expected to provide a good rental experience. The maintenance requests got answered right away and provided for the most part decent vendor experience. But meeting the team / Pure in person just one time would have been a 5 star review. That being said 4 out of 5 ain't bad! Thanks for the rental service. Also thanks to Ixchel Lopez for getting maintenance requests for this property filled in a timely manner she is a 5 star 🌟 provider.
The Team at Pure Property Management of Arizona have been Great !! They have managed multiple properties for me for over 7 years ! William and his Team have been Great at screening new tenants. Very detailed with move in and move out checklists including many photos ! Great working with tenants on maintenance issues and emergency repairs in a quick and timely manner when they pop up and need to be addressed. Great at getting competitive rent rates for me during this volatile couple of years. And short turn around times to get new tenants on boarded ! Many of mine are long term !!! Job Well Done !!
