Our apartment management team always responds to maintenance issues quickly. They always send someone the following day to fix what was requested. David Diaz provides excellent communication and ensures things are being handled accordingly. Also Julia is always so sweet. She ensures that the apartment is running smoothly and makes sure common areas are always clean.
Please be very cautious working with this company. During the middle of my lease the management changed hands to Power Property Management. At the end of my lease they decided not to uphold my lease and violated the contract. I unfortunately had to file a lawsuit against the Power Property Management as refused to uphold that my utilities were included in my rent. They refused to return my deposit and sent me a large bill of what I owed them for utilities. Taking them to court changed their decision and they sent me my deposit / dropped the utility charges. But I warn anyone who decides to work with Power Property Management given my very challenging experience.
Very disappointed in their customer service. When my wife and I found out we were pregnant, we requested to transfer our lease to another building since there was no elevator and we were in the 3rd floor AND with stairs inside the apartment. They denied our request and said we’d have to pay 3 months rent to cancel. They also gave zero flexibility on the 30 day notice to not renew the lease even though it was a 4th of July holiday. It’s clear this is a management company that prioritizes the interests of the landlords over tenants. I recommend you stay as far away as possible.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share how impressed I've been with our building manager, Javi . He has been extremely attentive, professional, and accommodating, especially with the most recent maintenance in my unit. He stayed on top of everything and made sure the work was handled promptly. What really stands out is how he goes above and beyond , not just for me, but for other tenants as well. He is always available, addresses concerns quickly, and keeps residents well informed about what's happening in the building. He also does an excellent job maintaining the property and keeping the building clean and well managed. It's rare to come across a manager who is this dedicated and proactive. We're very fortunate to have someone like, Javi looking after our building.
I wanted to say Thank You to David Diaz who did a great job handling my maintenance requests. David was friendly , efficient and communicative ,as well the men that came from the 2 companies Gas & GE both David chose were respectful, kind and also very good at their jobs. I appreciate everyone who got it done as scheduled . Thanks Again Natalie S.
