Great agency with professional and helpful staff. I was a tenant with Northwood for about 6 years until recently. The experience was smooth from the very beginning. Always very quick to reslove any issues with the property. Everything is documented in a very professional manner including regular boiler, liogenella and smoke detector tests. My property manager was Tom Andor. He has always been very helpful even with the moving out process. So a personal thankyou to him for making my experience great.
I had a really great experience with this letting agent. They were always responsible, responsive and proactive in communicating with both me and the landlord whenever anything needed to be sorted. They also carried out regular inspections and professionally documented the condition of the property, which made me feel very reassured as a tenant.
