Makenzi was seriously amazing through this whole process! She was so sweet, helpful, & easy to communicate with from the very beginning. She made everything feel way less stressful & was always quick to answer questions & help with anything we needed. We really appreciated how welcoming & kind she was to both me & my roommate. You can tell she genuinely cares about people & loves what she does

I live in the Parkside appartments, my husband and I applied for a one bedroom and was approved, when we came to see it and move in Makenzi, also showed us a two bedroom. We were in love with the two bedroom and wanted it even though we had been approved for the other. Makenzi quickly looked at the numbers and ran us for the two bedroom, and now we live in the most lovely two bedroom in tacoma (in my opinion of course). Sooo appreciative for all Makenzi's help.
Makenzi was incredibly helpful throughout our leasing process. She really went out of her way to accommodate our moving timeline and made sure we got a great unit. The whole experience felt smooth and supported because of her. Highly recommend working with her!
I have lived in many apartment complexes throughout my life, maven properties definitely was super easy and affordable. Makenzi was the one that helped me and my friend move in. She was very helpful and friendly, and made it a very smooth transition. The fridge even came with a card that said welcome. Love love love this new place :)
