Editorial context

Working with a provider in Seattle – what matters

When choosing a property manager in Seattle, owners should first establish which tasks are included in the management agreement and which incur separate charges. Full Service Property Management lists leasing-related services, rent collection, maintenance, inspections, and financial reporting. However, the supplied website excerpt does not provide specific fees or contract terms. A written proposal should therefore clearly distinguish the scope of service, additional costs, and responsibilities.

For leasing, useful questions include how listings are prepared, applications are screened, and decisions are documented. Clear repair procedures are equally important: who receives requests, what spending the manager may authorize independently, and how owners are informed when work is complete. Since the company mentions regular inspections, their frequency, documentation, and coordination with tenants should be discussed in advance.

Monthly reports and online account access can help owners monitor their properties. Prospective clients should ask which income, expenses, and supporting documents are included and when distributions are made. Communication arrangements also merit attention: designated contacts, backup coverage, and procedures for urgent requests should be clear.

The scope and limits of the advertised assistance with local regulations and eviction proceedings should be clarified, particularly when separate legal advice may be needed. These considerations are general guidance, not legal advice. Reviews can provide additional perspectives, but they do not replace reviewing the agreement or discussing the specific property.

We have worked with Full Service Property Management for more than seven years, and our experience has been excellent. Over that time, their team has consistently been professional, reliable, and responsive. As we are now in the process of adding another property to our portfolio, we have been working closely with Dee, who has been especially outstanding. She has been amazingly responsive, professional, efficient, and a true pleasure to work with throughout the process. It is reassuring to work with a property management company that is knowledgeable, organized, and committed to strong service. We highly recommend Full Service Property Management to property owners looking for a dependable and professional partner.

Would like to recommend Full Service Property Management. We recently had some service calls which were needed. Zach the handyman for our area has been great! Zack has been a refreshing change compared to the staff at some other rental properties we have dealt with. Zack is easy to contact, keeps us informed and the quality of work is always top notch.

I’ve been renting a home with Full Service Property Mgmt for over two years and it’s literally been the best rental experience I’ve had. 100% credit goes to Dan Phare for his knowledge in his field, very quick and thorough communications (even after business hours), always cheerful and professional and he goes above the call of duty when it matters most. It’s honestly been so refreshing dealing with a company who actually cares about their tenants. I would recommend working with Full Srvice Property Managemt if you can. You will see what I mean. ;-). Thank you Dan! You are a real Rockstar!!! Gina M. Eason

Wish there was an option for 10 stars. Coming from an experience where my previous management abruptly stopped responding to all communications and leave the lease renewal work mid-way, connecting with Rachel was blessing in disguise. I needed only lease renewal services, she shared all the available resources and offered her help for a reasonable fees as well. In such higher competitive market, its breath of fresh air to see Rachel and her company operating with such integrity standards. My work is still in progress but I would certainly be doing business with your company in future. THANK YOU!!

Zac, one of the maintenance guys, came by today and replaced the kitchen faucet in my and my family's apartment. He texted me ahead of time to ask what day and time worked best on our end, and he also texted again today to let me know he was on his way. When he came in, he immediately put on shoe covers. We don't allow shoes in our home, and I'm not sure if he knows this or not, but either way, we were grateful. Zac was courteous and communicative throughout his visit, informing my husband of the problem with the faucet and going and getting one from Lowe's. Overall, our experience with Zac's service was a great one. Great guy! :) Thanks for being awesome, Zac!
