I stayed at Home Sweet City last week and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was wonderful, with walking distance to many different places. The Airbnb was clean and well stocked with a good selection of cooking ware. We appreciated the comfortable bed and the washer and dryer. If you are looking for a cute, clean, and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this location!
We stayed at this Washington, D.C. basement apartment over July 4 weekend, and it was delightful. The location is super, within walking distance of a number of good restaurants and a longer walk to the Mall and other sites. The clean, trendy furnishings are cool and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and the pillows and linens are soft and fluffy, so I loved them. There’s an efficient use of space throughout, a nice bathroom, and a really nice refrigerator. We felt comfortable and safe in the neighborhood, too. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help us in several ways. We appreciated that too. We enjoyed a super time worshipping just down the street at the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, that has a very friendly community. We would stay here again!
We had an excellent stay. The property was wonderful. It was spotless and had all the amenities you could want. Check in and check out were seamless. We had business at the Capital, so the location was perfect. It was a leisurely 10 minute walk. Also very close to Union Station. A parking spot was also included, which is a huge plus for DC.
Home Sweet Home was incredible. We took our family on a trip to Washington D.C and this beautiful home was nestled in the middle of a wonderful community. It was less than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see in D.C and the hosts were absolutely superb in helping us anytime we had any questions. I have 3 daughters ages 11,6, and 3 and they fell in love with the Home and never wanted to leave ❤️❤️❤️ would most definitely recommend!!!
Our family had a wonderful time in Washington DC. Staying in an apartment with Home Sweet City made our experience that much better. Walking around the neighborhood where our apartment was located gave us the the complete city experience. Home Sweet City provided us with additional information that helped us get around and visit places we may not have known about. The apartment was clean, well furnished and was above and beyond our expectations. I would certainly recommend Home Sweet City to help you find the perfect place to stay when you come to Washington DC for business or pleasure.
