Editorial context

Working with a provider in Los Angeles – what matters

When selecting a property manager in Los Angeles, first establish whether the assignment concerns an HOA or individually rented units. The supplied reviews of Allstate HOA Management describe work with homeowners associations and their boards. They do not establish that the company also offers rental management.

For an HOA, the contract should clearly identify the financial and administrative tasks included. Prospective clients should ask how association dues are collected, which monthly reports the board receives, and how questions about expenditure are handled. An anonymized sample report can help assess clarity and detail. Positive comments about reporting in reviews are useful context, but do not replace this assessment.

For maintenance and vendor coordination, discuss responsibilities, approval procedures, and how work orders are documented. It is also worth asking about designated contacts, staff coverage, response expectations, and procedures for urgent issues. Meeting support and access to association documents should be defined, including any services that carry additional charges.

The associations mentioned in Long Beach and near Santa Monica Beach provide individual examples, not a definitive statement about the company's entire service area or suitable property sizes. Comparable references and a written service proposal can therefore support the selection process. Google ratings offer supplementary perspectives, but the supplied review selection does not represent every customer experience. These considerations are general guidance, not legal advice.

Allstate HOA Management… where to begin… how can I say what a breath of fresh air. They approach the HOA space with a level of care and expertise that we have never experienced with any other provider. Nobody is perfect, and whenever we have had questions or concerns, we’ve been well taken care of by the leadership team with prompt response and resolution. Give Allstate a shot and you will not be disappointed!

As a board member, I've worked with a lot of management companies over the years — Allstate HOA Management is in a completely different league. What sets them apart is the transparency. We get clear, honest reporting that our entire board and homeowners can actually understand and trust. They pick up the phone, they follow through, and they genuinely feel like a partner invested in our community — not just a vendor collecting a check. From dues collection to event coordination to compliance, everything runs smoothly. If your HOA is stuck with a company that treats you like a number, make the switch. We did, and we won't be going back.

As the Treasurer of the Board for our 106‑unit HOA in Long Beach, and at 82 years young, I can say without hesitation that working with Allstate HOA Management these past two years has been a breath of fresh air. When it comes to the numbers, I am very particular, and Allstate HOA Management keeps everything sharp, clear, and on time—just the way a treasurer likes it. Their monthly reports are easy to read, questions get answered quickly, and I can see our funds are being handled carefully and with real long‑term thinking. On the everyday side of things, Allstate is on top of maintenance, vendors, and communication, which keeps our 106‑unit community running smoothly instead of chaotically. They help keep our meetings focused and efficient, so even an old gal like me can still keep everyone on their toes and make solid decisions for our residents. After living through my fair share of “i

All I can say is WOW! Amazing team over at AllState HOA. I need to give my major thanks to Kylie Yablonski. Not only was she fast and precise, but she was very kind and very patient throughout my requests regarding their HOA. She replied to emails quickly, picked up her phone during every call, and got me what I needed as soon as she could. If I could give her 100 stars I would. Great team member and an even greater person! Also want to thank Corey Payton who was a major help with receiving information and documents from the HOA. Great people!

I am the President of a 27 units HOA building by Santa Monica Beach and we hired Allstate HOA Management two years ago. Jessica Norman was assigned to manage our account. Jesica Norman is a very knowledgeable of property management and aspects of the HOA rules and regulations. Her knowledge is an asset to our Board of Directors and all members. It's extremely helpful for a smooth operation to have Jessica managing our account. Jessica is a very professional and cheerful person. We are grateful to have Jessica working with us and we look forward for another year! Happy 2021! We recommend Jesica to any home owner association! She is a FIVE ***** stare!!
