I had the most professional and cordial experience, from the moment I entered the door of the agency until the completion of the apartment sale. I do speak decent French, but they were fine doing all the interaction in fluent English, in writing and verbally. The agent proactively provided assistance with all aspects of the process, including communication with the notary and even movers to clear the apartment. It was possible to e-sign all documents without me being in France for most of the process, including final closing. Their evaluation of the market conditions and negotiation approach was very on point. Altogether, I did not imagine a better experience with an agency. Highly recommended!
