Editorial context
Working with a provider in Greenwood Village – what matters
When choosing a property management provider in Greenwood Village, first establish the type of organization and the areas to be managed. An HOA, a Metro District and a large residential development with multiple sub-associations can involve different responsibilities. Advance HOA lists all three areas, so prospective clients should request a proposal that clearly defines the responsibilities for their particular community.
For the stated financial services, useful comparison points include the scope and frequency of reporting, budget preparation, assessment billing and access to financial records. For common-area management, discuss inspection schedules, contractor selection and supervision, and how completed work is documented. Since the provider lists out-of-hours availability, reporting channels, responsibilities and any additional emergency charges should also be clarified beforehand.
The advertised homeowner and board portals can be assessed through practical workflows: how are requests recorded, progress updates displayed and documents made available? Designated contacts and handover arrangements when the assigned manager changes are also relevant.
For new developments or large communities, services relating to transitions, sub-associations and any onsite staffing should be described separately. For Metro Districts, carefully distinguish the responsibilities of management, accounting staff and external professional advisers. These considerations support provider selection and clarification of the service agreement; they do not constitute a legal assessment of individual obligations.

We live in the townhomes in the Verona community, and Advance HOA management is our (supposed) HOA for the community. They do nothing from what I can tell. They pocket our money and don’t ever have landscapers come and it looks like a slum because of all the poop bags everywhere spilling out of trash cans they never service.
I've worked with several HOA management companies and am happy to review Advance. Their systems are clearly built by experience and are some of the best in their industry. Specifically, I have had the pleasure or working with managers Amanda Kovinchick and Christine Ascani. They are both SO responsive, communicative, and maintain really positive approaches to the projects their communities are in need of.
I am a contractor frequently asking for architectural design approval from HOA’s. My experience with this HOA has been extremely positive. They prove that committees or Bureaucracies don’t have to move at a snails pace. I really appreciate their efficiency and professionalism. A special call out to Sophie Fairbairn, Who communicates with professionalism and makes things work!
Thanks to David Kirschner for helping me to add services with our trash provider. He provided the information and scheduled the change very quickly. Happy to give feedback for such excellent customer service!
Aw' Didn't realize I can rate this place, well, let's get started as far as their employees go they have a big turnaround, we've had three community managers in less than a year, and they don't know what they're doing. I've received a violation from the HOA, and I guess they don't know how to handle violation cases, and don't know that they have to have photographed date stamped photos for each time they send out violations notices. Despite I have proof with the date stamp photo that I cured my violation within 3 days of the the first courtesy violation I received, and they're yet to remove my fines. Advance HOA has sided with the board members and keep sending me violations with the same date stamped photo and delinquencies, late fees on violations and they are breaking the BiLaws! One of the board members is dishonest and attest his a affidavit, but yet, to provide a date stamped pho
