I loved being able to self guide my tour and I did love the property. I do think there should’ve been a fresh paint job and professional cleaning before showings though. Otherwise, I’m happy with my experience.
My experience with Rentwell Property Management has been the best!! I looked at one of their properties and instantly fell in love with this home. The application process was straight forward and easy to complete. My family have recently been displaced from a recent fire at our last apartment building so searching for a new house wasn’t the easiest especially at such a short notice however my point of contact Angela has been very understanding and easy to work with. She was easy to reach when I had questions and very patient with me. Rentwell Property Management definitely deserve 5 stars for customer service! I’m pleased to now have this company as a part of my new journey!
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this leasing company, and I would strongly caution others before doing business with them. I was initially approved for an apartment and was given a list of required steps to prepare for move-in. Acting in good faith, I promptly completed everything they asked: I signed the lease, paid a $1,325 security deposit, paid $100 in application fees, created and paid $30 for a pet profile, and spent $250 to secure renters insurance through their recommended process. I also began setting up utilities and preparing for my move. After all of this was completed, I was unexpectedly told that I would now need to pay last month’s rent as well. They issued a revised lease, which I signed immediately to stay compliant and avoid delays. The very same day, they then requested that I provide a co-signer. I provided a highly qualified co-sign
The apartment was great! There are many ways to decorate the apartment to make it fabulous!
