I rarely do reviews but wanted to do so to share my experience with Rentals America (Mesa branch). They are a fantastic company to work with! We were relocating from Seattle area to Phoenix area and were searching online to find a house to rent in Arizona and saw a rental in Gilbert that we loved and was listed by Rentals America so reached out to them and was able to secure the rental through them. The agent we worked with at first was Diana who was very nice and very helpful with the front end process and once everything was set up Stacey took over as our property manager who is awesome and has taken care of us since! We love our house rental and happy to work with nice people who are attentive to all your needs and communicate well! They certainly made the stress of moving much easier! I have many questions regarding the pool and landscaping. The pool is very low on water. The landscaping has many weeds. I'd like to know if the landscaping and pool maintenance are included in the rent? Does the landlord pay the HOA fees? I am a realtor and my clients would like to submit an application.
