Editorial context
Working with a provider in Tempe – what matters
When appointing a property manager for a rental in Tempe, owners should first compare the precise scope of services with their needs. An offering such as that of RENOSY by Renters Warehouse Phoenix focuses on ongoing rental management, tenant placement, and maintenance coordination. Owners should establish which tasks are included in the monthly fee and which services may require separate arrangements. Terms covering vacancy, termination, and subsequent tenant placement should also be clearly explained in the proposal.
For tenant placement, relevant questions include how applicants are screened, which advertising channels are used, and how often owners receive leasing updates. Rapid publication of a listing is not the same as a guaranteed letting date. The provider states that placement times depend partly on the market and the asking rent.
For maintenance, it is useful to agree on spending approval thresholds, emergency responsibilities, and documentation of completed work in advance. Around-the-clock coordination does not, by itself, establish specific response or repair times. Owners should also clarify how inspection findings and financial reports will be delivered.
Given the differing communication experiences in the supplied reviews, prospective clients should ask about designated contacts, response channels, and escalation procedures. Reviews can help identify questions to ask, but they do not replace an assessment of the individual management proposal. These points provide general guidance rather than legal advice.

Selected reviews on Google
The supplied Google data lists a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 1,526 reviews. Within the selection provided, positive accounts highlight individual employees’ helpfulness, including practical assistance at the office and frequent updates on an urgent issue. Several reviewers, however, describe unanswered messages, missing callbacks, and inadequate follow-up on both owner concerns and rental inquiries. One otherwise positive review also mentions an initial lack of communication over a weekend. Individual critical accounts address extended vacancy and concerns about repair authorization, workmanship, and inspection documentation. These are personal experiences from a selection of reviews, not a representative analysis of all feedback or independently verified findings.
I want to take a moment to recognize Linda Lovelady at Renosy by Renters Warehouse, because she truly went above and beyond when I needed help. After going an entire weekend without communication regarding an urgent issue by Renosy Linda was the first person from the company to reach out to me. What really stood out was that she didn’t simply contact me once and leave it at that. She continued to follow the situation closely, kept me updated every day sometimes multiple times a day and made sure I knew what was happening. Linda was incredibly kind, understanding, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about helping me get the issue resolved. She is the person who handles our lease renewals, so she could have easily considered this outside of her responsibilities, but instead she stepped up and took the time to help me with an urgent situation. That level of communication, follow-throu
Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give Renters Warehouse zero stars, I would. My home has been sitting vacant for nearly two months, costing me money every single day, and getting anyone at Renters Warehouse to communicate has been nearly impossible. I've called repeatedly. I've sent email after email. Most of the time, I'm met with silence. No callbacks. No updates. No accountability. For a company that advertises itself as a professional property management service, their communication is nothing short of unacceptable. When they do respond, it's often after significant delays and only because I've had to relentlessly chase them down. I should not have to beg a company I'm paying to do its job. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of urgency. Every day my property sits empty is another day I'm losing money, yet no one seems to care. There is no sense of ownership,
I was in a rabbit hole and pressed for time trying to get a form signed that needed Renosy/Renters Warehouse signatures. I also needed contact info for said form, so I stopped by the office for clarification. At first I got a phone number to call which helped but, after realizing my scanner was back home in the West Valley and would’ve taken me over an hour to get back - while being pressed for time - I went back to the office and asked if I could use their scanner. I didn’t get names but the two gentlemen that assisted me were very gracious when, in my mind, they could have easily just shrugged me off. They let me use their scanner, let me wait for it to be sent to my phone and gave me indefinite time to get it resolved while in their office. Great customer service and very gracious with their office resources.
I would never recommend this company for assistance with managing rent. The company is unprofessional and lack communication. Once my home was rented out, I had questions for my main point of contact and I never heard from her again. My tenant later placed a work order which was not addressed properly. I responded in a timely manner stating I will be finding someone to evaluate the sprinkler system and the company took it in their own hands without approval and it costed me $1,000 in repairs. I then had my own handy man over look their work and the repair was not done correctly. I called renters warehouse multiple times and was always informed I would get a call back and the situation would be escalated and it never was. Lastly, when my tenant moved out there was a bucket placed under my sink collecting leaking water. The home inspection failed to take a clear image of leak and failed to
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of follow-up and customer service I experienced while inquiring about renting this property. My initial telephone conversation with customer service was positive—the representative was knowledgeable, professional, and advised me to contact the property manager with my additional questions. The property manager later emailed me, and I responded with my questions and concerns. However, I received no further response, acknowledgment, or information about how to proceed with the rental process. This lack of communication left me questioning whether all prospective renters are being treated equally and whether fair-housing practices are being consistently followed. Although I cannot confirm why my inquiry was ignored, the experience raised serious concerns for me about potentially discriminatory screening or redlining practices. Prospective tenants dese
