Editorial context

Working with a provider in Tyrone – what matters

When appointing a property manager for a home in Tyrone, first confirm the service area and suitability for the specific property type. PMI Georgia identifies Atlanta and surrounding communities as its coverage area and primarily describes residential services. Acceptance of an individual property in Tyrone should therefore be explicitly confirmed before signing an agreement.

For rental homes, distinguish between marketing, applicant screening, ongoing management, and additional services. Prospective clients should ask which tasks are included in the base fee and which incur separate charges. The rental analysis can provide a starting point; the website notes that actual rental value depends on factors including location, condition, and amenities.

Maintenance arrangements deserve particular attention. Given PMI Georgia’s stated repair coordination, emergency contact, and online status updates, owners should discuss spending approval thresholds, responsibilities, and procedures for urgent damage. Clear invoices, documented inspections, and agreed communication channels are also important.

For financial administration, request sample reports and clarify payment schedules and how maintenance expenses appear in statements. Second-home owners considering Home Watch should separately establish visit frequency, reporting arrangements, and the scope of oversight. Google reviews can offer additional perspectives, but they do not replace reviewing the management agreement or obtaining direct answers to outstanding questions. These considerations provide practical guidance rather than legal advice.

Selected reviews on Google

The supplied Google data shows a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 419 reviews. The provided selection contains five reviews and should not be treated as representative of the full review history. Recurring criticism concerns difficulty reaching staff, unanswered inquiries, and financial matters at move-out that reviewers considered insufficiently resolved. Individual accounts mention an outstanding prorated rent refund, disputed security deposit deductions, and an office interaction perceived as dismissive. These statements reflect the reviewers’ experiences and opinions. One positive review praises assistance with a lease renewal and describes a smooth process; the small selection does not establish a recurring positive theme.

I lived at one of PMI’s properties from 2018 until June 14, 2026, and throughout those eight years, I consistently paid my rent on time—and often early. Unfortunately, my experience ended very differently. The apartment flooded twice, once earlier in the year and again before I ultimately moved out. After the second flooding incident, management agreed to release me from my lease and confirmed that I would receive my security deposit as well as $722.15 in prorated rent. I received my deposit, but I am still waiting for the $722.15 prorated rent refund. What has been most frustrating is the lack of a clear resolution. I have made countless phone calls and sent numerous emails trying to get an answer, yet I continue to receive delays rather than a straightforward explanation or payment. After being a loyal tenant for approximately eight years and consistently paying my rent on time, it is

If you are a property owner seeking to have your investment property rented efficiently, I would strongly recommend considering a different management company. Based on my experience, PMI Georgia has been extremely unresponsive and difficult to communicate with. It has been nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered. This level of communication raises serious concerns about their professionalism and ability to effectively manage rental properties.

I am very disappointed with the way Hannah treated us during our visit to the office. We came in respectfully to ask questions about our application and see if there was anything else we could provide, but she was dismissive, barely made eye contact, and showed no professionalism or willingness to help. I can’t believe someone like that can be working on a front desk of a management company.

I have been working with PMI for one year now. Vicky Duhon was amazing renewing the lease with my current tenant. Thank you Vicky for you smooth process. RK

This is basically the condition in which I left the property when I moved out. They charged me $1300 of my $1500 for frivolous, downright fraudulent fees. Caulking, painting, sink stopper, tub diverter, door lock change, refrigerator wipe down, carpet cleaning, insulation around the A/C condenser. The list goes on and on. Many of these charges are usually the responsibility of the owner. They had every intention of keeping my deposit the whole time. There is no way I should owe $1300 when I left the property in better condition than I found it. This is blatant discrimination and retaliation for the review I left 2 years ago. It is extremely unethical for them to charge tenants these fees. The few items I overlooked unintentionally in the bathroom, makes sense I would be charged for that. But I'm being charged for trash that was there when I moved in. Of course the place is sup
