Minty Living

Visiting friends in Atlanta for a long weekend and this was a great choice. We booked rather last minute, but Minty was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. They provided very detailed information for self check in, and it couldn't have been easier. The house is beautiful, well decorated, clean and comfy. Well stocked kitchen too. We wished we'd been staying longer to fully take advantage. It would have been a great place to host a dinner party. Large backyard where we enjoyed having morning coffee. It's fully fenced in so we felt completely comfortable letting our little dog run around. Location is great too. Peaceful, residential neighborhood. Very walkable. Lots of restaurants down the road a few blocks in one direction, and Grant Park and the zoo a couple blocks the other way. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Atlanta!

"We had a wonderful weeklong stay here and would absolutely return. The place is beautifully designed-colorful, playful, and thoughtfully maximalist without feeling cluttered. Every room has personality, from the mint-green kitchen to the cozy bedrooms. The layout worked great for us (2 bed, 1 bath), and we loved that each bedroom has its own couch for relaxing. The bathroom is lovely with both a large soaking tub and a separate standing shower. The kitchen is adorable and very functional-we appreciated the gas stove, dishwasher, and large fridge. Everything was very clean and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city. The porch and fire pit are also great outdoor spaces. Minty was a fantastic host-very responsive and even kindly gave us an extra 15 minutes at checkout. One thing to note: there is a fairly large flight of stairs up to the front door. I really enjoyed my stay. I believe Minty adds a quality control layer to people's homes so when you're at one of their places, you can tell it's a home that's truly cared for and maintained. The apartment I stayed in was VERY clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots and pans and wooden cooking utensils (it's a little thing but I really appreciate it when I'm staying in a place for an extended period of time and cooking meals there). The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and high quality. Beautiful wood floors throughout. The washer was a front loading washer but didn't have the musty smell they tend to have. And despite being right next to a park where a lot of people hang out, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet at night. Wish I could have stayed longer!

First, the beds and linens were so comfortable. I couldn't wait to get back to the Airbnb just to take a nap. Next, the parking space and video provided explaining how to reach parking spot were essential if you have a vehicle in this area. The home is spotless, and the air conditioning works well in the August heat. The host was constantly making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for providing a safe, clean and comfortable place for two people, who like to have their own space while vacationing.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative, kind, and helpful. The location was awesome. The check in process was quick & easy. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. There were a lot of shops (shopping & coffee) nearby within walking distance. The home came equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! I highly recommend.
