Profile summary
L'easeaway at a glance
L'easeaway is a provider of residential rental and property care services in Amsterdam, established in 2015. Its website lists four service areas: holiday rentals, Bed & Breakfast, Short Stay & Hotel, and Long Stay & Expat. The documented focus is therefore on rental coordination and guest support; conventional management of owners' associations is not described in the supplied material.
Kobe and Eva are presented as the contacts behind the business. According to its own account, the company deliberately keeps its client base small and emphasises personal cooperation and the selection of suitable guests. The website refers to 14 years of experience in Amsterdam residential rentals without providing further context for that timeframe.
The supplied testimonials describe managing Airbnb rentals while owners are away, selecting a tenant for an investment apartment and arranging a four-month rental. Recurring topics include guest communication, instructions for using the apartment and explanations of house rules. The supplied Google data shows a rating of 5 out of 5 from 142 reviews.

Editorial context
Working with a provider in Amsterdam – what matters
When appointing a property manager in Amsterdam, it is useful to distinguish between looking after individual rental homes and managing jointly owned property. L'easeaway's documented areas are primarily holiday rentals, Bed & Breakfast, shorter stays, and longer-term and expat rentals. Prospective clients should therefore establish whether their property and intended rental arrangement fall within the available service scope. The label “property management” alone does not establish that comprehensive technical or financial management is included.
For these rental activities, clear arrangements concerning guest or tenant selection, communication and property handovers are important. The supplied reviews particularly mention appliance instructions, information for visitors and explanations of house rules. Discussions should establish which tasks are routinely included, who handles last-minute changes and how owners are informed about incidents.
Fees, accounting, deposit handling and procedures for damage should also be clearly agreed before an appointment. The supplied website extract gives no specific terms on these points. Clients should additionally clarify who checks the local requirements applicable to the intended rental model and coordinates any necessary steps; a provider profile does not replace that assessment.
The Google rating offers supplementary information. However, the supplied selection includes experiences from both guests and owners and does not cover every aspect of ongoing property management.

How much can one love an apartment in a visit to a new city…this visit to Amsterdam? Totally! Eva and Kobe were extremely helpful with preparing instructions for our stay, including getting around the city and how to work the apartment devices. Their apartment is well stocked with basics and in a wonderful location in the city. Easy to public transportation and/or walking, which we did on some beautiful Amsterdam days.
Kobe and Eva did a wonderful job managing our apartment. They are not only great to work with but also amazing hosts to our guests. We always got a 5 star review. Their help with welcoming and explaining house rules to guests assured that the apartment was well taken care of and no nuisance caused to our neighbors. We had complete peace of mind leaving our beloved home in their capable hands.
Kobe and Eva were so helpful with our stay in Amsterdam. Great communication and loads of helpful info - and warm friendly touches too. Superstars!
This was the best rental experience EVER. Our place was comfortable, beautiful and Eva and Kobe were amazing from the moment we arrived through helping us arrange to stay an additional night because our flight home was cancelled. We even ran into them while in Amsterdam and they were so warm and friendly, chatted with us and gave us more recommendations. When we had questions they responded immediately. Seriously cannot say enough about Eva & Kobe's services. Unparalleled, top notch! If I'm back in Amsterdam, I'll contact them again.
Kobe Ceulemans and his crew at L'easeaway are GREAT. They're honest, efficient, and communicate clearly and regularly. Kobe helped us find a four-month rental in Amsterdam that worked perfectly for our needs, and supplied a clear lease contract that was legal and conformed to the current restrictions on rentals in Amsterdam. The rent was fair, and they were efficient in returning our deposit in a timely manner. I give Kobe and L'easeaway my highest recommendation--a great service if you're looking to rent in Amsterdam.
