Jogip started off well when they are signing up with me as a new customer. They even nudged me multiple times to enter a 5 star review. The quality of service has degraded drastically as time went on. Towards the end, it almost felt like they never existed - neither to me nor to my tenants. Communication: There are times when I had to send emails and followed by multiple phone calls just to get a response from them. Most of the times the phone calls are never returned. Tenants have expressed the same concern as well. What's the point of a Property Manager who doesn't communicate with you when needed. HOA: There are times when I receive HOA complaints which I forward to Jogip. They miss sending it to the tenant 3 out of 5 times. HOA end up charging a fee. When I inquired on why they are not sending it to the tenant, they have no response. I started getting involved with rental and had t
