Meine Erfahrung mit der H&B Real Estate AG war leider sehr negativ. Ich empfand das Vorgehen als intransparent und unprofessionell. Ein Lagerraum wurde zu einem sehr attraktiven Preis inseriert. Im Bewerbungsprozess wurde von mir ein kostenpflichtiger Betreibungsauszug verlangt. Diesen habe ich eingereicht – selbstverständlich ohne jegliche Betreibungen. Danach hörte ich über längere Zeit nichts mehr. Erst nachdem ich selbst nachfragte, erhielt ich die Auskunft, dass der Lagerraum bereits anderweitig vermietet worden sei. Zu meiner Überraschung war das Inserat jedoch weiterhin auf Homegate als verfügbar aufgeschaltet. Für mich wirkt dieses Vorgehen irreführend. Bewerber werden aufgefordert, Zeit und Geld in die Bewerbung zu investieren, erhalten aber keine zeitnahe oder transparente Kommunikation. Der Ablauf war extrem speditiv und unkompliziert. Leo Steffen hat meine Anfrage sehr professionell und schnell bearbeitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich seine unkomplizierte Art und die angenehme Kommunikation. Man merkt, dass hier jemand mitdenkt und Lösungen bietet, statt nur abzuarbeiten. Unsere Erfahrung mit dieser Verwaltung Wir haben unsere Wohnung beim Auszug gründlich gereinigt und den Zustand mit Fotos dokumentiert. Bei der Abnahme wurde trotzdem bemängelt, dass noch Staub vorhanden sei. Anschliessend beauftragte die Verwaltung eine Reinigungsfirma, die rund 10 Stunden Arbeit verrechnete. Die Kosten von ca. CHF 745 wurden über die Mietkautionsversicherung belastet. Für uns war das sehr überraschend, da wir die Wohnung in ordentlichem Zustand übergeben hatten. ➡️ Tipp an zukünftige Mieter: • Den Wohnungszustand bei der Rückgabe unbedingt mit Fotos festhalten. • Am besten eine neutrale Person als Zeugen mitnehmen. • Protokolle genau prüfen und präzise formulieren lassen. Wir möchten unsere Erfahrung teilen, damit andere Mieter besser vorbereitet sind.
