Editorial context
Working with a provider in Milano – what matters
When choosing a property manager in Milan, the first step is to establish what type of support is required. Condominium management, the management of long-term rentals and the operation of short-stay apartments involve different responsibilities. For Easylife House, the supplied website primarily documents short-term rentals with supporting guest services. Owners should therefore compare their requirements with the actual scope offered rather than assume that the label “property management” includes a comprehensive service package.
Short-term rentals require clear procedures connecting bookings, arrivals, guest communication and cleaning. Since the provider lists online booking, a teleconcierge in six languages, and cleaning and sanitisation, useful questions concern availability hours, the specific languages offered, responsibilities and quality checks. Arrangements for late arrivals or reported defects should also be discussed in advance. The design collaboration mentioned on the website provides a reason to ask whether furnishing services are available and whether they involve separate charges.
Before appointing a manager, owners should request a written proposal setting out fees, included services, additional costs, contract duration and termination conditions. They should also clarify how bookings, income, expenses and necessary work are documented, and who checks the relevant local requirements. The supplied guest reviews offer insights into communication, amenities and cleanliness during individual stays. They do not replace an assessment of management services or of the working relationship from an owner’s perspective.

Across the selection of five reviews, guests repeatedly praise communication with hosts, location, and the comfort and amenities of the apartments. Several mention cleanliness and well-equipped kitchens; one describes receiving help with an arrival after midnight. The four-star review also comments positively on communication and location but identifies minor cleaning issues around the basin and shower. These comments concern individual guest stays. Lovely and cosy apartment. Travelling around Milan was very convenient. Great value for money! Host is super helpful, even stayed up as we got stuck in airport control queue til after midnight...
It is located in a cozy residential area a 15-minute walk from Milan Central Station. The layout was convenient, making it very easy to find the place. It was also situated just over a 30-minute walk from the Milan Duomo. Groceries were conveniently located nearby, with a supermarket, bakery, Gelato shop, and Asian Market. I was impressed by the neatly organized fixtures and the well-maintained cookware and kitchenware. This convenience and comfort would be sufficient reason to stay here again if I revisit Milan.
Excellent living experience. The host is considerate and good taste, which the room is clean and comfortably arranged. You can find all the supplies you need in the toilet and kitchen.
This lovely apartment is bright, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location could not be better. The area has plenty of cafés, restaurants, and a grocery store next door. There is a tram stop right in front of the apartment that makes for getting around very easy. The building itself has plenty of character. Communication with the host was excellent. This was a great find for our stay in Milan. We'd love to stay here again!
I booked the flat for two nights via Airbnb. Great communication, clear information provided before the check-in. Nice appartment in a quite and central location. To get 5 stars I would recommend to pay more attention to the small details during the cleaning (i found one hair behind the basin and shower). But overall a good stay.
