Editorial context
Working with a provider in Broomfield – what matters
When choosing a property manager for a long-term rental in Broomfield, owners should first establish whether the service fits their property. This provider focuses on unfurnished residential rentals and excludes association management, commercial properties and vacation rentals. Because the supplied pages disagree about duplex eligibility, owners should ask for direct confirmation. They should also check whether they need full-service management or a narrower service that the company does not offer separately.
A cost comparison should extend beyond the monthly management percentage. Leasing, renewals, certain inspections and additional services may carry separate charges. Owners should request written explanations of fee calculation bases, payment triggers and the conditions attached to optional protection products. A free rental estimate provides a starting point, but its assumptions should be understandable in terms of comparable properties, location, condition and proposed asking rent.
Clear responsibilities matter during ongoing management. With the company's stated team structure, owners should identify contacts for leasing, repairs, accounting and utilities. They should also discuss repair approval limits, contractor selection, updates on unresolved requests and documentation of property visits.
Move-in and move-out procedures deserve particular attention: who coordinates handovers, records property condition and follows up on outstanding utility balances? The supplied reviews describe differing experiences in these areas, but they do not replace a specific service agreement. Visits to the Broomfield office should be arranged in advance, as requested on the website.

So far so good! CRPM has been ontop of pretty much everything we've needed to get moved in. Utilities setup, prompt maintenance assistance, and timely communications are just a few of the areas we've felt supported in. Jamie provided a ton of fantastic detail right off the bat to give us the best chances for a smooth transition into our new home. Charles has been phenomenal at responsiveness and resolution around anything utility related. Great experience thus far.
I have been an owner receiving property management services with CRPM for the past 4 years. My recent correspondence with Tracey Z has been noteworthy. I have thoroughly appreciated my correspondence with her as the Utilities Specialist. Her professionalism and commitment to resolving matters with consideration and tact for owners and tenants has been superb. Thank you Tracey!
Don't bother. Skip this company altogether. What started off as a great experience devolved into an extremely frustrating and expensive ordeal. This company has proven that the best interests of the property owners is not a priority. As property managers, their ENTIRE JOB is to be an agent of the property owner and they do not even come close to adequately providing this. When a tenant requests a service, they take the chance to give business to their vendors rather than investigate if it's a real issue. I have had to request a walkthrough of my property no less than 5 times before any effort was made to address my concern. In addition, outstanding utilities balances from previous tenants was never taken care of, though it was their responsibility, leaving me stuck with bills and expenses that were not mine. Based on the BBB complaints and primarily bad yelp reviews, it appears that m
DONT DO IT. Just stay as far away as possible. The property we are at is gorgeous, we love it! The management company is so bad it’s not even funny. In January, we received a solicitor at the door asking if they could help get our payments back up on the home, that we were being foreclosed on, and the house was going to auction on May 20th. Confused, we pulled up Adam’s county records and noticed that the house is being foreclosed on. Of course this happened on a Saturday, and of course they are lucky enough to be closed on the weekends. I left a voicemail and never received a call back, I had to call first thing Monday morning and was told “the GM will be in touch with you shortly”. I had to call again, and was finally put in touch with someone who said that they will “be in touch shortly”. Never received a call again, we had to call them and get notified that they were in touch with th
I think this could have been really great, but the communication was not good or clear in my experience. I own a single property that I was looking to rent out. The different arms of this org weren't talking to each other, which made it confusing. Examples: 1. I agreed to a rental price and later in a Marketing presentation that price was reduced ~$300/month. They only addressed it when I asked questions. 2. My renter decided to move on, so I decided to take the property off the market. I got a follow up email from a different team explaining that I was not allowed to put the property back on the market for 90 days because of Colorado law...something that did not apply to my particular situation. That again got cleared up when I asked questions. 3. They threw out the pad that came with the bay window (which was custom cut). When I questioned where it was, it was explained to me t
