Then when we were ready to put the house on the market, Cesar had a good marketing plan that resulted in several offers, including one for the full asking price. This was an estate sale, which meant some extra steps to reach a final closure and Cesar and his team were with us at every step. Cesar truly cared about our needs and was supportive at every interaction.
