Editorial note for orientation – not legal or investment advice.
How the first contact works
- 1
Describe your goal: selling, letting or buying, property type and timeframe.

The office replies with questions and a proposed appointment.
- 3
Viewing or valuation appointment on site.
- 4
Agree the agency contract and commission in writing before instructing.
Common questions before you enquire

Which documents should I prepare?

Editorial context
Working with a provider in Houston – what matters
Anyone considering a real estate agent in Houston should first establish which specific services their project requires. For Found Realty Group, the selected reviews indicate assistance with buying and selling homes and finding a tenant for a residential property. They do not, however, establish a definitive service catalogue. Prospective clients should therefore ask directly about responsibilities, fees and the proposed process before working together.
For first-time buyers, clear explanations of each stage are important. Useful questions concern defining search criteria, arranging viewings, preparing an offer and communicating with other parties. Since several reviews highlight quick responses, it is also worth discussing agreed communication channels and cover when the main contact is unavailable.
For sellers, relevant comparison points include how the asking price is determined, preparation for photographs and viewings, and the handling of offers. Owners seeking a tenant should clarify whether the assignment covers tenant placement only or includes other tasks. Ongoing property management is not substantiated by the supplied sources.
The Google rating can provide an additional impression, but it does not replace examining the specific proposal. The supplied selection contains only positive reviews and includes one account explicitly referring to Utah. For a Houston project, clients should therefore confirm local responsibility and experience in the relevant submarket. These points provide general guidance rather than legal advice.

Questions & answers
Does Found Realty Group assist first-time homebuyers?
One supplied review explicitly describes a first home purchase with Kenny. It mentions step-by-step guidance and detailed, timely answers to questions.

Yes. A review about Jena Turner describes preparing and selling a house, followed by a search for a new property and assistance with negotiations.

The supplied sources contain no information about commissions, fees or contract terms. Please request these details directly through the contact form.

Selected reviews on Google
The supplied selection of Google reviews repeatedly highlights prompt responses, clear answers, professionalism and personal guidance. Several accounts describe assistance with buying a home; others concern selling a property and finding a tenant. Kenny or Kenny Maldonado and Jena Turner are mentioned by name. No critical experiences appear in this selection, which consists entirely of five-star reviews; it cannot represent all 669 ratings. A review about Liz, Brad and Colton explicitly mentions Utah and therefore cannot be clearly attributed to the Houston provider.
Kenny helped me with a first time home purchase & it was an amazing experience! He guided me every step of the way. He’s incredibly knowledgeable & answered any questions that I had thoroughly & promptly. Kenny is extremely responsive, professional & hard working. I couldn’t have had a better or smoother experience. Reliable & trustworthy! He goes above & beyond! Truly grateful for his help in buying my first home!!
Kenny was absolutely AMAZING. If I could give him 10000 stars I would. He was always quick to answer questions, respond to emails and was always attentive. We were sitting on our townhome for 4+ months with our original realtor and decided to switch to Kenny from a friends recommendation. I kid you not, within a week we had a contract on our house to lease it out. It was such an easy process. Kenny will always be our go to realtor going forward and I have no hesitation recommending him to everyone. Thank you SO much, Kenny!
Liz was great to work with!! She answered all of our questions promptly and professionally; I always felt like she was in our corner fighting for us! Her team consisting of Brad and Colton went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth process looking at homes from out of state. Brad made countless trips on our behalf to tour homes and virtually show them to us. Colton was always quick to answer our questions and reach out to the right people if we had questions about anything when it came to title, insurance/warranty, scheduling tours, etc. Highly recommend reaching out to them if you're looking for a home in Utah!
I’ve known Jena for a long time. When I saw the work she has done over the years with Found Realty, I knew that my wife and I had to have Jena as our realtor when the time came to sell our home. She did a tremendous job, making sure we were ready for pictures, understood the market challenges, and helped us get an offer much quicker than the market trends. Once we sold our home, we immediately turned our sights on finding the perfect home. We had a short lead time to find something perfect for us. My wife and I were concerned we would have to wait a while and potentially move into a rental unit, But Jena had other plans and put together some houses for us to visit over two weekends. We ended up finding one we loved, and could not have done the negotiations without her! Anyone looking to buy or sell a home, there is no one better than Jena Turner to get it done for you!
I want to send out a great big thank you to Kenny Maldonado for helping out our family on something much bigger and very much suitable for our family needs, and also great big thank you to the realty group as well. Our family really appreciate you all for being patient through all the process. Kenny Maldonado comes highly recommended.

Services in this field explained
A valuation estimates the price a property can achieve on the market, based on location, condition, size, fittings and comparable sales.
What does a valuation cost? Many agents offer an initial estimate free of charge. A formal market value report by a certified surveyor is paid; the fee depends on the property and effort.
When you sell, an agent handles valuation, exposé, viewings, negotiation and the notary appointment.
Who pays the agent's commission? When flats and single-family houses are sold to consumers, the commission is generally split between seller and buyer (§ 656c German Civil Code).
When letting, an agent takes care of listing, viewings, tenant selection and the tenancy agreement.
Who pays the agent when letting? Since 2015 the “orderer pays” principle applies to residential lettings: usually the landlord pays when they hired the agent.
