We absolutely loved the property and were genuinely gutted that it wasn't suitable for our dog, especially as it's in exactly the neighbourhood we'd love to live in. Although we didn't end up renting the flat, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Quentin Cornez and the whole team at By The Way. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming throughout the process. Quentin was professional, accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was always responsive, took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It's not often you come across an estate agency where everyone is so friendly, approachable and genuinely cares about helping you.
