AustinVestors Property Management at a glance

AustinVestors Property Management manages rental homes across the Austin metropolitan area and explicitly includes Leander in its service area. Its focus is on leasing and ongoing residential property management for owners.

Services include rental pricing assessments, marketing, showings, applicant screening, and lease execution. The company also handles rent collection, owner statements, maintenance coordination, and photo-documented property inspections. Editorial context

Working with a provider in Leander – what matters

Owners appointing a property manager for a rental home in Leander should first compare the precise service scope and allocation of responsibilities. The supplied sources describe Leander as a market with established neighborhoods, newer master-planned communities, and access to the US 183 corridor and CapMetro Rail. A rental assessment should therefore consider the individual home and its location rather than rely solely on a general figure for metropolitan Austin. AustinVestors offers a property-specific rental analysis for this purpose.

For leasing, useful comparison points include property preparation, marketing, showings, and a clearly documented applicant screening process. Prospective clients should establish which tasks are included and which may generate additional costs. The supplied website excerpts refer to a pricing page but do not provide specific fee amounts.

For ongoing management, communication channels, backup arrangements, and the scope of owner reporting should be discussed in advance. Under the described model of an assigned property manager and a separate leasing agent, the handover from vacancy to an active tenancy is particularly relevant.

Maintenance arrangements also warrant clarification. Around-the-clock request intake does not automatically mean immediate repairs. Owners should ask about urgency assessments, updates, approval procedures, and external vendor coordination. For inspections, useful questions concern frequency, photographic documentation, and follow-up on identified problems. These details help owners compare actual operating procedures rather than general service promises.

Our experience with this company has been a nightmare. Almost all the positive reviews are from AustinVestors asking you to give them a 5-star review during the application process. Thash helped us during the process, and completely ignored us after any attempts to contact her after we signed the lease. I strongly advise anyone considering renting a property from them to reconsider. In summary: our unit was disgusting upon move in, we live in a duplex and found out we were paying for the water for the entire house, it is always nearly impossible to communicate with an actual person, they send over vendors with no communication, and we have had issue after issue with our unit. When we first moved into our new house, the unit was not move-in ready as promised. It obviously was not cleaned at all - floors were dirty, windows and blinds are covered in dust, cobwebs, and bugs. Working with Thash has been a pleasure. We got approved but thought we would have to turn down the lease because our circumstances changed. Thash took those circumstances and was able to acommodate us with our new landlord. I'm grateful for her and her thoroughness.

I am currently a tenant with AustinVestors, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. At the time of writing this review, I have been without air conditioning for five days. The temperature inside my home is close to 90°F, making it extremely difficult to rest or even stay inside for long periods of time. I have reported the issue multiple times and calls), but instead of receiving a solution, I keep being referred back to the assigned property manager. No one takes responsibility or provides a clear answer as to when this issue will be resolved. The lack of communication and follow-up has been incredibly frustrating. I am 75 years old, and it is very upsetting to have to go through something like this. I never imagined that an emergency like this could go unresolved for so many days. After this experience, I will definitely not be renewing my lease. It’s unf
