Absolutely the worst property management experience I've ever had. Moving out became incredibly stressful, and it genuinely felt like they were determined to make the process as difficult as possible. In particular, Anoop Yadav was extremely rude and unprofessional in my interactions. Instead of being helpful, the communication was disrespectful and made an already stressful situation even worse. It also felt like they made every possible effort to find reasons to deduct money from our bond. We returned the property in much better condition than when we received it, yet we still had to deal with unnecessary issues and arguments. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. If you're renting through them, make sure you document everything with photos and videos from the day you move in until the day you move out.
