Editorial context
Working with a provider in Perth – what matters
When appointing a real estate agent in Perth and using additional services to pay for or finance marketing, it is important to distinguish the responsibilities of the businesses involved. Property brokerage, marketing and payment processing may be separate services with their own contacts and agreements. For RealtyAssist Australia, the available reviews primarily concern payments for property marketing; these sources do not establish that the company itself acts as a property agent.
Before proceeding, customers should obtain a written description of the services: which marketing activities are being commissioned, who will carry them out and who will receive payment? They should also clarify whether upfront payment is available or a finance application is required. One review describes both options, but this does not confirm their availability in every individual case.
For financing, useful comparison points include the total cost, any fees, payment dates and repayment conditions. Customers who need instalments should obtain written confirmation of the arrangement and the scheduled debit amount in advance. The critical review in the selection illustrates why verbal discussions should be checked against the payment arrangements actually agreed.
Assistance with digital applications and a clearly identified contact may also matter when choosing a provider. Positive feedback on these points is useful but does not guarantee future service. The supplied high overall Google rating should therefore be considered alongside the specific contractual information. These points provide general guidance, not legal advice.

Initially, we signed on with RealtyAssist and were really happy with the service. Everything seemed professional, and we felt confident moving forward. Unfortunately, that completely changed when it came time for payment. During multiple phone calls with your customer service team, we made it very clear that we could not afford to pay the entire fee upfront and wanted to be placed on a payment plan with monthly repayments. We were repeatedly told that someone would contact us on the day the payment was due to discuss our options. That phone call never came. Instead, without any communication, you simply deducted the full amount from our bank account. This left us with a negative bank balance and caused us unnecessary financial stress. What frustrates me the most is that we communicated our situation multiple times. We weren't asking for special treatment—we were asking for the paymen
The service was outstanding. The support I received while trying to navigate the technology was truly mind blowing. Danielle was incredibly patient with me, and her warmth over the phone encouraging me and telling me I was doing a great job made the whole experience so pleasant. I would definitely recommend your company.
It was a pleasure dealing with Anthony. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. Initially we thought we needed to fill out a loan application for our Real Estate marketing and after filling out the application and before signing we decided to phone Anthony who advised us we can also pay upfront if we wish to, no need to apply for the loan. We chose the latter option and our application was quickly nulled and proceeded with the secure payment gateway through Realty Assist. Very efficient service and quick. Thank you Anthony for your help, greatly appreciated :). R+R
Natasha from Realty Assist has been absolutely incredible to deal with! From start to finish, she has been professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always took the time to explain things clearly and make the process seamless. Her communication is outstanding, and you can tell she truly cares about delivering the best outcome for her clients. Realty Assist is lucky to have someone so dedicated and easy to work with. Highly recommend Natasha and the team at Realty Assist – such a pleasure to deal with!
From the product itself, to the support our clients and we receive, Realty Assist and the Team, especially Inga and Linda, are truly 5 Star providers. Keep up the great work, team. Many thanks once again. Anthony

Services in this field explained
A valuation estimates the price a property can achieve on the market, based on location, condition, size, fittings and comparable sales.
What does a valuation cost? Many agents offer an initial estimate free of charge. A formal market value report by a certified surveyor is paid; the fee depends on the property and effort.
When you sell, an agent handles valuation, exposé, viewings, negotiation and the notary appointment.
Who pays the agent's commission? When flats and single-family houses are sold to consumers, the commission is generally split between seller and buyer (§ 656c German Civil Code).
When letting, an agent takes care of listing, viewings, tenant selection and the tenancy agreement.
Who pays the agent when letting? Since 2015 the “orderer pays” principle applies to residential lettings: usually the landlord pays when they hired the agent.
