Ich habe mich für eine Immobilie in Mülheim an der Ruhr interessiert und in einem automatischen Verfahren, habe ich das Exposé erhalten. Ein paar Tage später habe ich die verantwortliche Maklerin, Frau Esser (hat wohl in der Zwischenzeit geheiratet und heißt zumindest am Telefon Frau Lagasch) auch noch telefonisch erreicht. Mir wurde zugesichert zusätzliche Dokumente noch am gleichen Abend am Freitag zu erhalten. Das ist nicht passiert. Nach dem Wochenende habe ich mehrere Tage versucht die Dame sowohl auf dem Festnetz als auch Mobil zu erreichen. Auf beiden wegen erreichte ich nur den AB. Meine E-Mail wurde ebenfalls nicht beantwortet. Erreichbarkeit und Verlässlichkeit sind so gut wie nicht gegeben und dementsprechend ist das Vertrauen zum Makler nicht da.
Ich bin mit der Abwicklung durch PlanetHome rundum zufrieden. Besonders Frau Franssen hat einen hervorragenden Job gemacht – professionell, zuverlässig und immer freundlich.
