Very disappointed in the move out process. It has now been one month since I vacated the property, and my security deposit remains outstanding. The most recent update I received was that the individual responsible for approving the settlement is currently on leave. While I appreciate the update, this does not provide a resolution or a timeline for the return of my deposit. Over the past month I have: Submitted evidence disputing the damages listed in the move-out report; Sent multiple follow-up emails; Made several telephone calls to your offices; Escalated the matter to management; and Waited for the promised updates, many of which were not received. I have dealt with Abinav who doesn’t answer the phone and rarely responds to emails. I have contacted the offices directly, at least 5 times with no help and only one response in that time to tell me the person is on leave.
I will recommend Ruhi for anyone looking to sell their property! She handled the entire process seamlessly and made it so easy for me.
